Traditions
Lately, when I have been administering Creighton's meals, I put on this song and do crazy dances. He recognizes the opening to the song and sometimes he wants to get up and dance too, doing funny versions of my 'moves', usually involving leaning one way or another and sticking his arms out.
Unfortunately, we will need to stop this tradition soon -- the song has some questionable lyrics in it, and his understanding (and repetition) of words keeps getting better and better.
The song is "Don't Drop It!" by G. Love and Special Sauce. Incredibly infectious groove, this is G. Love playing it solo acoustic from a 9/15/2004 show, and it is one of the best single live performances I know of of any song. I say check it out!

Isn't there anything you can do to save this fine tradition? Like, whenever G. Love says something inappropriate, just shout "MINTS!" It's the perfect cover-up for this song because mints can be found both in a pocket and shoved down one's throat.
